Before asking for help, please search our extensive FAQ / Knowledge Base section. The entire knowledge base is searchable. Put your search terms into the “Search” box on the upper left side of this web page, and you might just be taken straight to the answer you were looking for. If you cannot find what you're looking for in the Knowledge Base, check the support forum archives.

In particular, Do not contact Citadel developers directly via email or instant message for support. You will be ignored if you do so. By posting in the support forum, you allow others insight into your troubles and more people will be available to help you.

Remember not to post private data like user names or passwords in dumps or log snippets. Either search and replace these items with dummy names, or better yet, try to reproduce the problem using a test account that you can delete afterwards.
